The Ministry of economic development has prepared energy efficiency requirements of goods for use in public procurement

The Agency has developed energy efficiency requirements for goods with the following codes for OKPD2 and names:

27.40.1 — household electric lamps;

27.40.15 — fluorescent lamps without built-in control apparatus, high-pressure discharge lamps, control devices and lamps for such lamps;

27.40 — directional light lamps, led lamps and related equipment;

27.11.23 — motors, asynchronous;

26.40.20 — TV sets;

28.13 — water pumps;

27.51.15.110 — room fans;

28.25.12 air conditioning air.

If the order is approved, customers will be required to establish energy efficiency requirements when purchasing these products. Exceptions will be cases where the goods that meet such requirements will be incompatible with the goods that the customer already has.

Public discussion of the project will last until September 3, 2019.
