The Ministry of construction has prepared a draft procedure for determining the initial maximum price of the contract for procurement in the urban sphere
The order will be applied when determining the initial maximum contract price and the contract price with a single supplier for procurement:
design and survey works;
works on construction, reconstruction, overhaul, demolition of objects of capital construction;
works on preservation of objects of cultural heritage;
construction works on objects that are not objects of capital construction;
technical customer services.
The document will not be valid if the subject of the contract is work:
on territorial planning;
design, construction and commissioning of capital construction projects at the same time.
It will be determined how to take into account the actual and projected inflation indices, what to include in the price depending on the type of work, how to calculate it if the purchase includes several types of work, as well as how to calculate the price for the execution of the remaining work for the re-purchase.
