Now the customer independently verifies the accuracy of the information declared by the participant. From January 1, 2020, the operator of the electronic platform will transmit information about violations to the customer.

The operator will receive information on penalties under article 19.28 from the Unified procurement information system. In turn, the Treasury will upload information to the UIS, based on the data of the Prosecutor General's office. For the first time, information about the organization will be uploaded to the UIS when the legal entity is registered as a participant in the procurement. Further information will be updated according to Prosecutor's office.

Under article 19.28 of the administrative Code, organizations whose employees bribed in the interests of a legal person are fined. For example, if a company representative tries to bribe a customer employee to win a purchase.
