The order of formation of information and documents for the purpose of maintaining the register of contracts provided by the Law No. 223-FZ is corrected

Since January 5, 2020 the new edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2014 No. 173n and the Order of formation of information and documents approved by it, and also exchange of information and documents between the customer and Federal Treasury for the purpose of maintaining the register of the contracts signed by customers

In particular, in accordance with the amendments, customers for inclusion in the register of contracts will be able to send documents of their choice:

in the form of an electronic image of a paper document created, including by scanning it or

in the form of an electronic document, if the document is formed in electronic form.

In addition, supplemented the list of information indicated in the formation of contracts in the contracts register information about the name of the customer. So, in the above mentioned information will be displayed including the name of the sign on the inclusion of the customer list of customers defined by the Government of the Russian Federation in accordance with paragraph 2 of part 8.2 of article 3 of Federal law of July 18, 2011 № 223-FZ "On procurement of goods, works, services by separate types of legal entities".
