There were standard contracts for regular transportation of passengers and baggage
The Ministry of transport approved standard contracts for regular transportation of passengers and luggage by road and urban land electric transport.
They need to be used if the subject of procurement refers to the codes for ОКПД2 49.31.21 and 49.39.11, that is, when the purchase of services for urban, suburban, intercity and international land transportation of passengers and following them with Luggage and animals. For example, this applies to transportation by buses, trams or trolleybuses. Note that these codes do not include rail transportation.
The Agency has provided three standard contracts, which will need to be used depending on the situation:
the contract pay for actually performed volume of works at the price of unit of work, thus the payment for journey of passengers and baggage arrives to the customer (the standard contract N 1);
the contract is paid for the actually performed amount of work at the price of a unit of work, but the fare for passengers and baggage remains with the contractor (standard contract N 2);
the contract is paid regardless of the actual work performed, and the fare for passengers and baggage remains with the contractor (standard contract N 3).
There is no limit to the initial maximum contract price.
The order of the Ministry of transport will come into force on August 3, 2019. However, the model contracts will become binding for procurement, which will begin 30 calendar days after the terms are placed in the UIS.
