Services for the organization of children's recreation will need to be purchased only from companies from the special register
Amendments to the administrative Code and other laws passed the first reading. They provide for the creation of a register of organizations that are engaged in the rest of children and their recovery. The register will be maintained by regional Executive authorities. Organizations and individual entrepreneurs engaged in such activities will have until may 1, 2020 to submit information for inclusion in the register (paragraph 3 of article 3 of the Bill N 718736-7).
From June 1, 2020, persons not included in the register will be banned from providing services to ensure the rest and recovery of children (PP. "b" of paragraph 2 of article 1, paragraph 2, article 3 of Bill N 718736-7). For violation of this rule they will be fined in the amount of 1 million to 3 million rubles. (item 2 of Art. 1 of the Bill N 718759-7).
The requirement for the presence of an organization or an individual entrepreneur in the register will have to be taken into account by customers when purchasing these services. Recall that from may 1, 2019, such services can be purchased only through a competition with limited participation, a contract with a single supplier or a request for quotations.
