Ministry of Finance project: what information procurement participants with additional requirements will transfer to operators
The Department has prepared draft regulation according to which members from 1 July 2019 will be sent to the operators of EP documents confirming compliance with the additional requirements. Otherwise, you will not be able to apply for contests and auctions where such requirements are presented.
The participant will have to fill in the form on the electronic platform, specifying:
your number for a Single registry of procurements;
the item number from the application 1 or 2 to the Decree No. 99;
the cost of executed contracts or contracts that confirm the existence of experience.
The form will need to attach documents confirming compliance with additional requirements. It can be both an electronic document and a scan of a paper document.
The operator will have five working days to check. In placement of information in the register of participants will refuse if the submitted documents don't correspond to the lists given in the Resolution N 99. However, the participant will be able to send the documents again.
Rules must earn with 1 July. They will not affect purchases that will begin before that date.
