The Finance Ministry plans to ban to reduce the amount of security of some state contracts

The Department has prepared a draft decree, which will not be allowed to reduce the size of the software as the execution of the following contracts:

works on construction, reconstruction of the capital construction project;

research and development

delivery of goods, if the contract provides for completeness. In this case, it will be impossible to reduce the size of the software to transfer the entire set.

It is assumed that the restrictions will be effective from July 1, 2019 at the same time with the new rules on reducing the amount of security.
