The third day of the training program "Buyer. New generation" devoted to contracts and claims work

The third and final day of the full-time stage of the adaptation program "Buyer. A new generation." The lectures were conducted by experts from the Contract Enforcement Department Milyausha Nigmatova and Aidar Gainullin.

Today, the students analyzed what a standard contract is and how to choose it, studied the features of a digital contract and the essential terms, learned about the procedure for forming a protocol of disagreement, as well as the mechanisms for pre-trial dispute resolution and the responsibility of the parties in the execution of contracts.

Next, the participants will prepare their own creative projects, which they will present at the round table on May 29. 

We wish them productive preparation for defense and self-confidence.
