When purchasing for municipal needs will be fined for violations in the planning and acceptance

The state Duma introduced a bill providing for amendments to the administrative Code. Municipal bodies of financial control want to give powers to draw up protocols on violations when planning purchases under Art. 7.29.3 of the Code and acceptance of results of execution of contracts under part 8-10 of Art. 7.32 of the Code. The courts will consider such protocols.

Now only employees of Federal and regional bodies within their competence have the right to initiate and consider cases on the listed compositions. They can not punish the official of the municipal customer, because only the municipal authorities are authorized to control the legality of spending the local budget in procurement.
