The criteria for classifying goods as industrial products that have no analogues produced in Russia have been adjusted
Section V "Production of power engineering, electrotechnical and cable industry" of Appendix to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 No. 719 "About criteria of reference of industrial production to the industrial production which has no analogs made in the Russian Federation" (further – Appendix) changes are made.
In particular, the new version presents the position classified by the code for OK 034-2014 (CPA 2008) 28.11.23 "gas Turbines, except for turbojet and turboprop (with a capacity of 35 MW or more)".
In addition, the specified section of the Annex is supplemented by items classified by codes for OK 034-2014 (CPA 2008) of 26.51.70.190 "Automatic regulating and control and measuring other devices (automated and automatic control systems for equipment of power plants)" and of 28.11.3 "Parts of turbines (wind power plant gondola Assembly)".
The changes came into force on April 2.
Recall that the Resolution № 719 is used to determine the conditions, prohibitions and restrictions on the admission of foreign goods to procurement in accordance with part 3 of article 14 of the Federal law of April 5, 2013 № 44-FZ "On the contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs."
