The Ministry of industry and trade proposed to establish more bans on the admission of foreign engineering goods
The Agency proposes to expand the list of goods from abroad, the admission of which is prohibited. The following items will be added:
from 28.25.13.111 — cabinets for the food industry;
28.25.13.112 camera teams of refrigeration for food industry;
28.25.13.114 - refrigerated cabinets for the food industry;
28.29.50.000 — dishwashing machines of the industrial type;
28.93.15.110 — ovens, non-electric, non-electric ovens;
28.93.15.121 — boilers of stationary steam kettle, electric, and gas;
28.93.15.122-gas industrial stoves;
28.93.15.124 — pan gas industry;
28.93.15.126-Combi steamers, steam-convection electric and gas; convection ovens, electric and gas;
28.93.15.127 rotary baking racks;
28.93.15.128-electric and gas frying cabinets;
28.93.17.110 — meat grinder, electric, industrial;
28.93.17.111 machine kartoffelmelcentralen kitchen industrial type;
28.93.17.112 machine Ovoshesushilnyj industrial kitchen type; machine for cutting of bread;
28.93.17.115 — universal machine for food industry;
28.93.17.120 — kneading machines, dough dividing machines, machines testostrogain, cars testoserone, cars restorestatus, cars usuallie, mixers and removability, nadrezki dough pieces, the dough pieces posadzki, dividers-stackers dough pieces; baking ovens electric, ovens, electric; kneading machines-mixing, ball mill for food industry; cupboards preliminary and final proofing, restaino-furnace unit; machine for sifting flour; sprayers, geopolitically for the food industry;
28.93.17.290-hygienic equipment for the food industry; auxiliary equipment for the food industry (frames, carts, tables, racks); trays, trays, molds for the food industry.
They will be subject to the exceptions provided for in the PP. "and" item 1 of the Resolution N 656. To confirm the conformity of goods to requirements for the purposes of classifying goods as manufactured in Russia, will need a certificate of appraisal TPP or conclusion of trade and industry. This also applies to those goods that are already included in the sub-paragraph. New rules want to enter since June 1, 2019. Public discussion of the project will last until March 4.
