The Ministry of labour has developed a draft model contract for the supply of a number of goods for persons with disabilities
The standard contract will need to be used for any size of NMC, if the purchased goods:
included in the Federal list of rehabilitation measures, technical means of rehabilitation and services provided to the disabled;
produced serially.
Product code ОКПД2 must meet one of the following:
14.12.30.170 — clothing for exercise (antigravity, preventive and stress, preventive suits) special;
17.22.12.120 — diapers and baby diaper from paper pulp, paper, cellulose wadding and webs of cellulose fibers;
