The government has adjusted the rules of charging for participation in public procurement
When conducting joint tenders or auctions, the fee will be charged once. So, if the joint procurement, the winner will conclude three contracts totaling more than 500 thousand rubles each, the fee will not exceed 5 thousand rubles.
We will note, the Ministry of Finance and earlier specified that in such situation the payment can be levied only once irrespective of how many contracts the participant signed.
Specified also requirements to the contract of the special account. The opportunity to conclude it was given not only to the participants included in the register, but also to those who are accredited at the sites. Now the rules will not contradict the Law N 44-FZ, which allows to participate in procurement without registration until the end of the year, if the participant has passed accreditation before January 1.
