The government approved the requirements for banks in which participants of public procurement will be able to open a special account

In the list of banks for the opening of special accounts, the government will make credit institutions that meet such requirements:

- have a universal license;

- have at least 100 billion rubles of own funds or at least 25 billion rubles of own funds and a credit rating not lower than" a - (RU) "on the ACRE scale and not lower than" ruA - "on the Expert RA scale";

- participate in the system of compulsory insurance of deposits of individuals;

- have no overdue debts on Bank deposits on which funds of the Federal budget were placed;

- concluded agreements with each operator of electronic platforms from the list approved by the government (from September 1).
