The procedure for determining the need for centralized procurement of certain types of software for Federal needs within the framework of Law No. 44-FZ was adopted
Order No. 725 of the Ministry of communications of December 19, 2018 (hereinafter-Order No. 725) in accordance with the paragraph. 2 paragraph 2 of the decree of the RF Government of 8 June 2018, the number 658 is approved by the order of presentation in 2019 of the Federal bodies of Executive power (hereinafter – FA) information on requirements and formation requirements in the implementation of the Ministry centralized procurement office and in the field of information security (hereinafter – the Order), as well as provision of information about such needs.
The procedure defines the composition, timing and procedures for the provision and clarification of information about the need, as well as the formation of such a need. Paragraph 2.1 of the Procedure provides that customers must provide the Ministry of communications with information about the needs within 10 working days from the date of entry into force of the Order № 725.
The order also determined that the need FOR software to provide the AWP users is formed on the basis of the number of standing on the balance of the foniv and in operation of personal computers, workstations, tablets and other computer equipment, increased by the number of such computer equipment planned for purchase in the planned year, minus the amount of equipment expected to be written off from the balance sheet and the termination of operation in the planned year.
And the need for server and hardware security SOFTWARE is determined by the foiv based on the number of servers on the balance sheet and in service and other computing equipment that perform the functions of security hardware and virtual servers that require security.
