The order of formation of the contract identifier at Treasury maintenance of means in currency of the Russian Federation is defined
The Treasury of Russia in accordance with sub. "d "item 6 of the rules of Treasury support of funds in the currency of the Russian Federation approved the Order of formation of the identifier of the state contract at Treasury support of funds in the currency of the Russian Federation in the cases provided by the Federal law" on the Federal budget for 2019 and for the planning period 2020 and 2021 " (further – Order).
The procedure establishes the rules for the formation of the identifier of the state contract with the Treasury support of funds specified in part 2 (subject to the provisions of part 3-6) and part 7 of article 5 of the Federal law of November 29, 2018 № 459-FZ and provided on the basis of contracts, agreements and agreements listed in paragraph 4 of the rules of Treasury support of funds in the currency of the Russian Federation. The procedure does not apply to the conclusion of contracts for the implementation of the state defense order. Also, these contract identifiers are not used to identify contracts containing information constituting a state or other protected secret.
The assigned identifier of the state contract is retained for the entire period of the relevant contract, contract, agreement.
The order comes into force on February 15, 2019.
