On cases in which customers are not required to place in the UIS report on the stages of execution of the contract, said the Ministry of Finance
Experts of the Ministry noted that part 9 of Art. 94 of the Federal law of April 5, 2013 № 44-FZ" on the contract system in the procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs " (hereinafter – the Law № 44-FZ) established an exhaustive list of cases in which the customer is obliged to post a report on the results of a separate stage of the contract.
Thus, the customer does not have the obligation in the performance of the contract, concluded in the amount of not more than 1 billion rubles., to place in the EIS the relevant report, if the subject of the contract is not the performance of construction, reconstruction, overhaul of capital construction, preservation of cultural heritage (monuments of history and culture) of the peoples of the Russian Federation.
At the same time, customers remain obliged to send to the Federal Treasury to include the register of contracts information on the performance of the contract in accordance with part 3 of article 103 of the Law № 44-FZ.
