Planning purchases will become easier
The main innovations are:
-instead of the procurement plan and schedule, customers will maintain a single electronic document. Information it will have to make in stages from the moment of bringing the LBO to the beginning of determining the supplier. Thus, three months before the purchase, it will be necessary to include in the plan the description of the procurement object, the justification of the NMC and the draft contract;
- it will be possible to start a purchase and conclude a contract before the approval of procurement plans, if the items are detailed in the justification of budget allocations. Fulfill the contract will be possible only after bringing the LBO;
- revise requirements for the products that are installed as part of the valuation.
