In the UIS will earn another registry
Until March 15, 2019 in the UIS will form a register of customers under the Law № 223-FZ. The procedure for preparing the register was approved by the Government.
The register of customers under the Law No. 223-FZ was entrusted to the Treasury. The office will form the register on the basis of documents and information provided and signed with enhanced qualified electronic signature of the customer during registration in the UIS. Term - until March 15, 2019 or the next working day from the date of registration, if the customer has registered after March 1, 2019. The register includes:
full and abbreviated (if any) name, legal form of the customer;
address, INN, checkpoint and the date when the customer was registered with the tax authority;
other information and documents that customers provide when registering with the UIS.
Information and documents will be removed from the register within three working days from the date when the customer was denied access to the UIS. Each customer from the register will be assigned a 28-digit number.
