The Finance Ministry spoke about the nuances of the preparation of the annual report on the volume of purchases from small businesses and socially oriented non-profit organizations for 2018
the Ministry's specialists answered the question whether the customers should be guided by the current from January 1 edition of paragraph 3 of part 1.1 and part 4 of article 30 of the Federal law of April 5, 2013 № 44-FZ" on the contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs " (hereinafter – the Law № 44-FZ) in the preparation of the relevant report for 2018. Thus, according to these rules, the calculation of the total annual volume of purchases does not include purchases from a single counterparty in accordance with part 1 of article. 93 of Law No. 44-FZ, except for purchases made in accordance with paragraph 25-25.3 part 1 of article 93 of the Law № 44-FZ.
In particular, it is noted that when preparing a report on the volume of purchases from small businesses and socially oriented non-profit organizations for 2018, customers should be guided by the provisions of the Law No. 44-FZ in the current version.
We will remind, according to h. 4 Art. 30 of the Law No. 44-FZ by the end of the year the customer is obliged to make the report on volume of purchases at subjects of small business, socially oriented non-profit organizations and till April 1 of the year following the reporting year, to place the report in UIS.
