Proposed to update the list of additional requirements for participants
The list of products, the purchase of which the customer must establish additional requirements, proposed to Supplement. The draft government resolution has developed and submitted for public discussion Regardie.
Additional requirements for the participants were proposed to be established when purchasing security services from private organizations. Additional requirements will be established if the object:
at the same time there are more than 50 people;
there are mandatory requirements for anti-terrorist protection.
Additional requirements will set to the experience. The total value of the contracts and protection contracts that the participant has executed in the last three years prior to the application should be at least 20 per cent of the NMC. Experience will be confirmed by copies of executed contracts, contracts, acts of acceptance.
The authors of the project explained: the analysis of the market of security services revealed problems. The main of them-private security companies provide services of poor quality, partially or completely do not fulfill their obligations. The procedures often involve one-day firms or organizations with less than three staff. Additional requirements will help to solve the problem, improve the quality of security services. Amendments proposed to make Annex 1 to the Government decree of 04.02.2015 № 99.
Additional requirements, documents that the participant will confirm that meets the requirements, the customer is obliged to register in the documentation. The applicant must submit confirmation documents as part of the application, otherwise the participant will not be allowed to the procedures.
