The Ministry of Finance spoke about the change in the price of contracts under the Law N 223-FZ due to the increase in VAT

The Agency recalled that the Law N 223-FZ does not prohibit changing the price of the contract. However, the procedure for the conclusion and execution of contracts should be contained in the procurement regulation. Therefore, it is possible to revise the cost of goods, works or services due to VAT increase, if it is not prohibited by the procurement regulation.

Recall that information about the change of the contract must be placed in the UIS within 10 days.
