Since November 24, the order of bidding for the placement of the state defense order for the supply of food products has ceased
Since that date, the decree of the government of the Russian Federation of may 26, 1997 № 628 "on approval of the order of bidding (competition) for the placement of the state defense order for the supply of food products for military and equivalent special consumers" (hereinafter – the Decree № 628) has become invalid.
The need to abolish this normative act of the Ministry of industry and trade of Russia, the author of the initiative, explained, in particular, that the Resolution № 628 contains provisions that do not comply with the provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation or duplicate them. It is noted that the invalidation of Regulation No. 628 will not create legal gaps and will not affect the conduct of the relevant procurement procedures.
