The standard form of the state contract for the construction and reconstruction of the capital construction object was approved
The Ministry of construction approved a standard contract, which will be used in the procurement of construction works, reconstruction of capital construction projects, including commissioning and other works, inextricably linked with the construction project, as well as the supply of materials and equipment. It will need to be applied not earlier than July 1, 2019. The exact date will be known when the document will be placed in a single information system
The standard contract will have to be used if the subject of the purchase will be works related to the OKPD2 codes:
41.2;
Forty two;
Forty three;
71.12.20.110.
The customer will be able to determine the terms of the contract if he wants to purchase construction or reconstruction works:
objects of capital construction located outside the Russian Federation, as well as on the territory of embassies and consulates;
objects of capital construction, in respect of which work is carried out to preserve the object of cultural heritage.
The Ramer of the initial maximum price of the contract at which it is necessary to use the standard contract is not limited.
