At Treasury checks allowed to conduct video filming and to carry out actions without representatives of the customer. The possibility was provided in the regulation of control measures, which was approved by the Agency. The rules apply to contracts with extended Treasury support.
The basis for the audit will be the decision of the Government or the order of the Treasury, which will be adopted on the basis of a government act. The regulations provided that the inspection will be carried out in the form of a visual inspection of the delivered products or performed works and services. It is forbidden to damage the packaging, disassemble, dismantle the object of purchase. The Treasury has the right to check not only customers, but also subordinate organizations, institutions, separate units.
The customer will be notified about the upcoming inspection. The notification will prescribe the date, time and place of control measures, will offer the customer to take part in the inspection. The absence of the customer's representative is not a reason to cancel control measures.
The Treasury will check whether the information from the contracts corresponds to the actually delivered products. During control measures specialists have the right to conduct photo and video shooting, to use measuring devices. The controller has the right to involve experts in the audit. As a result of the inspection, the act will be drawn up in two copies, one of which will be handed over to the customer.
