Since September 1, it is possible to permit applications of participants from the EAEU countries for public procurement of Radioelectronics
The new edition of the resolution on the conditions of admission of foreign radio electronics for state and municipal needs. Now there is no ban on the admission of participants offering products from the EAEU States.
The customer rejects applications with goods from other countries, if he allowed at least two participants who offered products from the EAEU countries, produced by different manufacturers.
If during the purchase the customer has rejected applications with foreign goods, then during the execution of the contract it is possible to replace radio electronics with goods produced not only in Russia but also in other EAEU countries. The ban to change the manufacturer remained.
