The purchase of housing for orphans from the owners – natural persons according to the Law No. 44-FZ will be made by conducting a request for proposals
From 1 January 2019 part 2 of article 83 and part 2 of article 83.1 of the Federal law dated 5 April 2013 No. 44-FZ "On contract system in procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs" will be supplemented with, respectively, paragraph 11 and paragraph 7, under which purchases of premises for orphan children and children left without parental care and persons from among children-orphans and children left without parental care from physical persons – owners of these dwellings is carried out by holding the request for proposals and request for proposals in electronic form.
It is assumed that the use of these procedures will allow to provide these persons with accommodation in a timely manner.
