State customers-scientific organizations want to allow purchases from the supplier to 400 thousand rubles

The state Duma approved the bill in the first reading. If the amendment is adopted, state and municipal scientific organizations will be able to enter into single supplier contracts for the sum to 400 thousand rubles each. At the same time, the total amount of such purchases should not exceed 50% of the SGOZ and not exceed 20 million rubles.

Until August 22, the bill may be amended to send it to the second reading.
