The goods for the purchase of which some categories of customers in accordance with Art. 3.1-1 of the Law № 223-FZ are set features
The government of the Russian Federation approved the List of goods, purchases of which, in case of exceeding the initial (maximum) price of the contract established by the Government of the Russian Federation, can not be carried out by customers specified in part 1 of Art. 3.1-1 of the Federal law of July 18, 2011 № 223-FZ "on procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities" (hereinafter – the Law № 223-FZ), without the coordination body of the Government of the Russian Federation operational characteristics of these goods.
In particular, the list includes:
steam boilers and parts thereof (with an initial contract price of 5 million rubles; sub-group JECFA 2 25.30.1) - coordination of operational characteristics is required in the performance of more than 250 tons of steam per hour;
alternating current generators (synchronous generators) (with the initial price of the contract is 5 million rubles; for JECFA 2 27.11.26) - coordination of operational characteristics is required at power exceeding 100 MW;
gas turbines, except for turbojet and turboprop (with the initial price of the contract 5 million rubles.; type OKPD 2 28.11.23) - coordination of performance is required at a capacity of 16 MW;
court and similar vessels for the transport of persons or goods (with the initial contract price is RUB 2 million; sub-group on JECFA 30.11.2) - coordination of operational characteristics is required when a displacement of more than 10 thousand tons, etc.
