The Federal Treasury announced the launch of a special portal where recipients of a qualified certificate of the electronic signature verification key can form a set of documents and information for its creation or change. Also, the online service allows you to send a set of documents and information to the territorial body of the Federal Treasury in electronic form.
It is specified that it is possible to replace the certificate without visiting the territorial body of the Federal Treasury under the following conditions:
the presence of valid certificates of the certificate holder and the applicant's Manager in the subsystem of the register of certificates, providing input, verification, centralized storage of information provided by the applicants, informing the certificate holders and publication of the list of canceled certificates, the information system "Certifying the center of the Federal Treasury";
no changes to the certificate owner information stored in the specified subsystem.
