The list of grounds for inclusion in the register of unscrupulous suppliers under Law No. 223-FZ can be expanded
The bill submitted to the State Duma plans to include the entrepreneur in the register of unscrupulous suppliers in case of unilateral refusal of the customer from the performance of the contract in connection with a material breach of its terms by the supplier. At the same time, such suppliers as in all other cases of inclusion in the register of unfair suppliers will be granted the right to appeal to the court both the fact of inclusion in the register and the content of the information submitted (Part 6, Article 5 of Law No. 223-FZ). Now in the specified register data on participants of the purchase evading the conclusion of contracts are entered, or with which contracts under the court decision are terminated because of essential infringements of their execution by suppliers (ch.2 of item 5 of the Law № 223-FZ).
