Unitary enterprises will again be able to conduct more purchases under the Law N 223-FZ

The State Duma adopted in the second reading a draft law according to which all MUEs and SUEs will be able to purchase at their own expense under the Law N 223-FZ. It is expected that the changes will come into force already this year.

In the new version of the project, an important clarification appeared. Until October 1, enterprises will be able to change or approve the procurement clause and procurement plan under Law N 223-FZ to fall under its influence.
