A meeting of the Public Council of the State Committee of RT on procurement was held

On June 7, a meeting of the Public Council of the State Committee of RT on procurement was held.

The meeting discussed the plan for holding a round table with the participation of members of the Public Council under the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on procurement on the topic "Participation of small businesses in procurement for provision of state and municipal needs".

They got acquainted with the information of the members of the Public Council on monitoring compliance of individual customers of the Republic of Tatarstan with the procurement procedures in Q1 2018.

Considered amendments to Federal Law No. 44-FZ of 05.04.2013 "On the contract system in the sphere of procurement of goods, works, services to ensure state and municipal needs", which come into force on July 1, 2018.

Discussed the possible interaction of the Public Council and the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan on the issues of combating corruption in the procurement sphere to ensure state and municipal needs.
