Participants in public procurement will be able to open several special accounts for making security of applications

The Ministry of Finance said: the requirement that participants in electronic procurement have only one special account will exclude a government decree from the project.

In exchange, the agency will provide for the possibility of having several special accounts in various banks.

Recall, from July 1, 2018, participants in electronic procurement will have to provide security for applications to their special account. The list of banks where it will be possible to open such an account will be established by the government.
