For state purchases of small volume will create a special information resource
For purchases of small volume under items 4, 5 and purchases of medicines under item 28 of part 1 of Art. 93 of Law N 44-FZ, the government decided to create a special information resource - a single aggregator of trade.
The site of the aggregator must be earned on July 1. On it, the procurement participants will post their proposals. There will also be own register of purchases under item 4 and point 5 of part 1 of Art. 93 of Law N 44-FZ.
From November 1, the majority of federal executive bodies and subordinated state institutions will have to conduct purchases with the help of the aggregator. These customers will be able to purchase outside the aggregator only in two cases:
the price of the contract was lower than that offered on the aggregator's website;
the purchase is connected with the state secret.
Other customers will be able to use the aggregator at their own discretion.
