From the specified date, it is necessary to require the participants of the tenders and auctions to secure the application only if the NBMC exceeds 1 million rubles. Now it is always necessary for such purchases.

It should be noted that in the wording of Law No. 44-FZ, which will be effective from July 1, the amount of the application for the NMCC from 1 to 5 million rubles has not been determined. We believe, in this part, Law No. 44-FZ needs to be supplemented.
