Ministry of Labor wants to oblige state customers to provide benefits to organizations of disabled people more often

When customers purchase goods, works, services from a special list, they provide benefits to organizations of people with disabilities. However, such a duty is not available if other goods are purchased simultaneously with the products from the list. Customers take this opportunity, so the number of purchases where organizations of disabled people have privileges remains small. To reverse the situation, the department proposed to prohibit such "combined" purchases.
