It became known who and how much will pay for participating in electronic public procurement
According to the draft government decree, developed by the Ministry of Finance, operators of electronic platforms will take payment from participants, with whom contracts are concluded based on the results of all electronic purchases. Those with whom contracts will be made upon evasion of the winner, will be released from the fee.
The fee will not exceed:
2 thousand rubles. - with purchases from the NSR and SONCO;
5 thousand rubles. - with other purchases.
If the NBCC is less than 200 thousand rubles. For purchases from the NSR and SONCO or 500 thousand rubles. for the rest, the fee for participation will be limited to one percent of the NMCC.
The amount of the fee will be set by the operator of the electronic platform. The information about it should be published, otherwise the operator will not be able to charge it.
In case of adoption, the resolution will come into force on July 1, 2018. It will be applied to electronic purchases, notices of which are posted in the EIS after the date of the beginning of the work of the operators of electronic sites, the list of which will be approved by the government.
