The participant lied about his qualification - his application must be rejected

This conclusion was reached by the AС of the North-West District, recognizing the provisions of the tender documentation as illegitimate. The customer has established in it that the business reputation of the participant and its provision with material and technical resources are not assessed if the information provided on such indicators is unreliable. The court recalled that under Law No. 44-FZ, the lied participant should be removed from the competition.
