Schedules for the execution and payment of construction work on state contracts will have to be made according to the methodology
Ministry of construction submitted a draft document for discussion, which will need to be observed, drawing up schedules for construction and installation works and their payment for contracts for the construction or reconstruction of capital construction projects.
The CMR schedule will require information on the timing of the beginning and completion of construction, the reconstruction of the facility, as well as the timing of the completion of individual phases of work. In the payment schedule it will be necessary to include information about the terms and amount of payment for the work performed.
Projects of such graphs will need to be prepared in the form of tables, under which fields for signatures of the parties to the contract should be highlighted. These projects will be placed in the EIS together with the documentation and draft contract.
