Regular acceptance and payment: the report is needed, even if in the state contract the stages of execution are not provided for

Customers should not hope that it is possible to reduce the number of reports without specifying in the contract the stages of its execution. The Ministry of Finance explained: there are enough facts of periodic acceptance and payment, so that there is a duty to account for the stages.

The department had previously expressed such an opinion. FAS Russia adheres to the same point of view.

If you do not post the report, the client's official faces a fine of 50,000 rubles.
