Since March 24, many customers under the Law N 223-FZ do not submit to the register data on procurement from the SSM

Now all the customers carrying out such purchases should transfer information to the register of contracts. Since the named date, this duty has remained only with customers whose procurement plans are subject to evaluation and monitoring.

According to the new rules, the EIS needs information not only about purchases, of which participants may be exclusively SIDS, but also about other purchases from such entities.

The term for sending the information has remained the same - three working days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.
