The number of customers under Law No. 223-FZ, whose draft procurement plans should be evaluated
Since March 16, the number of customers whose documents on planning has been assessed by the Federal Corporation for the Development of SMEs has increased. More became and those customers, similar documents are evaluated by the authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation or organizations created by them. Lists of new customers are contained in the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 441-p.
We recall that the following projects are subject to assessment:
purchase plans;
purchase plans for innovative, high-tech products and medicines;
changes in these plans relating to the section on the participation of small and medium-sized businesses in procurement.
