Purchases of federal unitary enterprises want to simplify

Minpromtorg began to develop amendments to Law No. 44-FZ. It is planned to withdraw from the sphere of regulation of this law purchases, conducted by federal state enterprises and federal state enterprises at the expense of own funds.

According to the authors, the changes will improve the efficiency of procurement. It is assumed that the innovations should enter into force in December this year.
