The Ministry of Finance proposes to establish additional requirements for participants in public procurement for transportation of children
The changes proposed by the agency will have to be taken into account by customers who purchase services for the transportation of organized groups of children through auctions, as well as all competitions with limited participation and two-stage ones.
Participants in such purchases will be persons who own vehicles or other legal vehicles that have not passed more than 10 years from the date of their issue. Transport must comply with the designation and design of technical requirements for the carriage of passengers, must be allowed to participate in traffic, have a tachograph and satellite navigation equipment GLONASS or GLONASS / GPS.
The project also provides a list of documents that participants will have to confirm compliance with the new requirements. The list includes, for example, copies of contracts on OSAGO, PTA and STS.
According to the Ministry of Finance, the adoption of the described changes will increase the safety of transportation of organized groups of children.
