Public procurement: rules for securing applications, which come into force on July 1, want to tighten up

From that date, according to the new version of Law No. 44-FZ, the customers will have to demand from participants in tenders and auctions to secure an application for the I(M)PC in excess of 5 million rubles. Another rule can be established by the Government of the Russian Federation. It proposed to make this security mandatory for the I(M)PC of over 1 million rubles. The corresponding draft resolution is being discussed publicly.
