The Ministry of Finance has developed requirements for banks, where state procurement participants can make security of the application
From July 1, 2018, the procedure for securing bids will change: the procurement participants will contribute funds to special accounts.
To the banks, where these accounts will be opened, it is planned to present the following requirements:
availability of a universal license;
presence of own funds in the amount of at least 25 billion rubles;
confirmation of the credit rating of the level not lower than "А- (RU)" of the agency ACRA and not lower than the level of "ruА-" of the agency "Rating Agency" Expert RA ";
absence of overdue debts on bank deposits previously placed in the credit organization at the expense of the federal budget;
participation in the system of compulsory insurance of individual deposits.
Recall, the list of these banks will be approved by the Government. Banks will have the right to open special accounts only after concluding agreements on interaction with each of the operators of the electronic site.
