State customers - scientific organizations want to allow more purchases from a single supplier

According to the draft submitted to the State Duma, state and municipal scientific organizations will be able to conduct procurement under item 5, part 1, Art. 93 of Law N 44-FZ.

The customers listed in this clause have the right to spend on contracts with a single supplier up to 50% of their total annual volume of purchases, but not more than 20 million rubles. in year. The price of each contract should not exceed 400 thousand rubles.
