Since February 16, government customers to purchase medicines must apply the standard contract form

2 March 2018, Friday

By this date, it will expire 30 days from the moment when the standard contract for the supply of medicines is placed in the UIS. This means that customers have an obligation to apply this document.

A typical contract should be used for the purchase of any medicinal products, regardless of the size of the IMPC and the price of the contract concluded with the sole supplier. However, for procurement under the state defense order this standard form is not required.

The contract provides for various delivery features.

The supplier not only has to comply with the legal requirements for packaging, but also must pack the goods so as to prevent damage or damage during transportation to the place of delivery. The customer checks the delivered goods within 15 working days. If there are no complaints, he signs the acceptance certificate of the goods.

The standard form also provides for the right of the customer to conduct a random check of samples of medicines with the involvement of expert organizations. This is possible even after the receipt of the goods.

Attention is drawn to a large number of applications, of which mandatory:

specification;

specifications;

calendar plan;

the act of transfer and acceptance of goods;

Act of reconciliation of accounts.

If the delivery is in favor of third parties, with a centralized purchase or at several delivery addresses, then you need to add three more applications:

shipping order (distribution plan);

a consolidated register of commodity invoices for the supply of goods;

act on the performance of obligations under the contract.
